What is Model UN conference management software?

It is one system for organizing registration, committees, schedules, assignments, live procedure, documents, voting, and conference records. Plenode is built specifically for Model United Nations.

Do conference delegates need accounts before arrival?

No. Organizers can assign each delegate’s committee and country in advance, then print a private entry code on the delegate’s badge.

Can a chair run one session without a full conference?

Yes. The chair signs in once to create a controlled room and six-character join code. Delegates then join as restricted guests without email accounts.

Does Plenode decide parliamentary procedure?

No. Plenode records and synchronizes committee state. The chair remains the final procedural authority.

What is included during beta?

Conference setup, registration, scoped people and information tools, attendance, live committee controls, motions and points, documents, and chair-certified voting records.
